The Director of the CST-Consult is an Experienced Planning & Scheduling Specialist with a demonstrated history of working in the Mining, Petrochemical or industrial construction industry and across multi disciplinary fields (Civil, Mechanical, Electrical, C&I, Piping), for more than 10 years. Skilled in NEC3, FIDIC & JBCC contracts and having experience in Plants, Tender Planning, Tender Offers, Project Estimation, claims and dispute resolution. Holding a diploma in Project Management and possessing exceptional skills in planning and scheduling.
The Director has also vast experience in Quantity Surveying, working with Project Managers to successfully complete Project with in budget. From Project start up budgets right though to Project Close-outs. The Director has also experience in Compensation event calculations and Extension of Time calculations and Proforma invoices.
The Director has Contract Administrator experience with regards to, Early Warnings, Compensation Events, Contractual Letters.
